      Cleaner than most facilities Will hire you if your a new CNA with ni experience

      Cons

      Always understaffed No CNA to patient ratio, neaning you can get up to 20 residents at a time Managments care very little for their staff concerns, and can be very rude and unprofessional Workplace politics are constantly happening Not enough pay for the amount of work your expected to do
