      Pros

      Such a supportive company and local team within our community. The encouragement to invest in our residents and their experience is evident with each encounter from home office.

      Cons

      Just the usual “busy-ness” of the community, often requiring staff to wear many hats and re-prioritize throughout the day. Carving out time for administrative duties gets tricky.
