      Pros

      I loved my boss and colleagues! I loved the sense of community the company had and you can tell they cared about your growth within the company, unfortunately until COVID hit.

      Cons

      Work the weekends, work life balance interference. During COVID took extreme measures to require employees to get vaccinated.
