      Pros

      Still have great properties in major metro markets and are expanding into new areas. Great on-site staff.

      Cons

      Leadership has been causing a slow decay of a great company culture. During the pandemic things started shifting, and have been declining ever since. They don't seem to care about employee morale, and great people are leaving as a result.
