      Lot of internal politics, HR can just book the attendance nothing else, worst work culture, very bad food and forced to work more with less salary (with a bond)

      Pros

      Team members. 100% Remote with Travel to Client sites.

      Cons

      No real communications between home office and me. Sales person hired in my remote location that I found out about from a client on an install, 6 months after he joined the company. Did not even have a boss for the last year and a half. Floating in the wind.
