      Pros

      Very supportive, and positive workplace Great group of professionals that care deeply about the work, and each other.

      Cons

      It can be very challenging (though also rewarding) to work with victims of domestic violence. It’s not just a job. You should really want to do this work and take care of yourself or it can burn you out.

      Pros

      There are no pros. The Executive Director that recently took over is ABUSIVE. She has no experience with dv/sv victims and loves her title more than the work.

      Cons

      Everything. Under new leadership the organization will fail. Half of the staff has left since she took over in mid January. The BOD will not listen, the organization will fail with her leading and victims will suffer.
