You can also see this with the people at the company as well, they really believe in the brand Smaller Team Environment: Offers more autonomy and the ability to make a direct impact. Work From Home: The ability to work remotely adds convenience and flexibility to your routine. The team is accommodating if something comes up, allowing you to adjust your schedule as needed.

      Cons

      Startup Quirks: As a small and growing company, not everything is fully figured out yet. There are still some quirks and evolving processes as the team works through startup challenges.

      -Female founded and led, Avaline truly understands what it means to support employees in leading a balanced life. -Remote work and unlimited PTO are amazing benefits that are largely unique in the wine industry. -Individuals hired at Avaline are truly some of the best in the business I have ever seen, truly experts in their fields. -Teams have enough staffing / support to run the business effectively.

      Cons

      Remote work can be seen as a con if you thrive in face-to-face collaborative environments, though the company does schedule several in person sessions a year. The flexibility of remote work outweighs me personally viewing this as a con, but it just depends on your working style.

      Company is only 5 years old but does not function at all like a start up. They hired the right people with decades of experience and everything runs smoothly.

      Cons

      There is a stated desire for the company to be acquired relatively soon, so that is somewhat unsettling for employees.
