      Pros

      Close to the beach. Great people. Opportunity to learn new things. Great benefits. Great employee parties/ appreciation events.

      Cons

      The cons are just like any other job. Yes, you will have you’re “bad” days. But as long as you’re transparent with people, you’re good. At least that was my experience.
