Pros

- Good pay at start - Insightful Training - NSA

Cons

- No promotions or career growth opportunities - Salary increments are not satisfactory - Favoritism is very noticeable within the team - Leads/accounts are not distributed equally among reps - Some reps use unethical practices and still achieve targets consistently Even after multiple complaints, no strict action has been taken — only verbal communication saying such things should not happen going forward -Hardworking employees often do not get the recognition or opportunities they deserve, while others do and get club trips as well When these concerns are raised, leadership says this has been happening for years and cannot be changed much

Pros

New CEO = New Hope

Cons

HR leadership needs an overhaul. The culture is toxic and HR leadership is driving it, not stabilizing it. You really want to know what’s going on, get all level feedback - including I2’s without retaliation, not the confidential bs that is given back to the managers. Yes, everything is shared back with the managers. Check on the Talent Acq team, HR Ops and Total Rewards. There is great talent on those teams that you will lose if you don’t act quickly. You’ve already lost many and you can’t afford to lose more. And when a leader leave, care to talk to the team about what’s really going on. Part-time “leader” bs is just bs. HR leader doesn’t care but they should! Culture does not equal orange. Actually, change the color if you can.
