Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have many associates who start and grow their careers with us and consider their time here more than a job. When it comes to compensation and benefits, Availity works hard to be a competitive employer. Healthcare is constantly changing, which makes it a challenging industry. Being on the front lines can be challenging, but you have the opportunity to turn those hard calls into a delightful experience for our customers. Sometimes, all customers are looking for is someone to listen to them. Most of the time our customers call us when something isn’t working, and they are frustrated. These are the opportunities to shine by providing excellent customer service. We know it can be challenging so we encourage our associates to take time off work to relax and recharge. Availity has been recognized as a Best Place to Work™ certified company for Technology, Women, and Millennials. While there is a process to transfer to another department, it is being done on a regular basis as we have promoted over 50 technical support specialists into other business areas this year. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you well in your career.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
