Pros

Great Team-Everyone is very helpful and informative. Don't be afraid to ask questions your team is eager to help in any way they can because they want to see you grow. Metrics- The metrics are very attainable. If you come from a customer service background it's fairly straight forward. Great Opportunity for Growth- Your managerial team encourages growth and development. Working from home with the option to go into the office- I love working from home it fits my lifestyle and I save on gas! I also have the option to go into the office if I wanted as well!

Cons

The information- Although there are a lot of recourses and you will have your teams assistance there is a lot of information and you have to keep up with changes to procedures regularly. (Not something I am personally use to, so it was an adjustment for me)

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
