Our client services team members are responsible for helping our customers with their technical and business challenges. While they spend a good portion of their day on the phone, their work is vital to our business and deeply appreciated by everyone throughout the organization. Associates in these positions have the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up and to advance into other areas of the company when opportunities become available. We've promoted several client services team members this year!
Our leadership team works hard throughout the year to keep everyone in the business informed on how we are performing against our operating objectives and goals. There are many ways to stay informed, from weekly emails from the CEO to quarterly all-associate meetings and internal videos like Availity Unplugged. We will continue to look for ways to improve in this area.
