Availity Response

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and noting that Availity is a great workplace! We’re so glad that you are enjoying our flexible, associate-driven culture. We believe that benefits should benefit our associates and reinforce our culture of wellness and balance. To that end, Availity offers two health plan options from which associates may choose, along with dental and eye care coverage. In building the plans, our benefits team has kept a careful eye on premiums, deductibles, and co-pays, setting some of our rates at the minimum allowable under federal guidelines. Depending on the plan you choose, Availity will also contribute to qualifying HSA accounts. Availity offers unlimited PTO for exempt associates, generous starting PTO for non-exempt associates, 401K matches, annual wellness reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement! Through Succeed, Availity’s learning and development program, associates have free access to endless career and professional development tools to grow their skills. Lastly, we offer a free Employee Assistance Program, where associates can access several resources and services to help them and their families through some of life’s challenges. All that said, we will continually be refining and improving our benefits programs. We will continue to listen to associate feedback and adjust as we go. Again, thank you for your review. We are so happy to have you on the team!

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
