Thank you for your positive review. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the benefits and culture at Availity. These are two areas of focus for us, and it's terrific to see these items in your list of pros. When we think about compensation, we consider total rewards, which include benefits and flexible scheduling. There are also several other perks throughout the year. There's a lot to learn at Availity, whether you're joining the organization in a leadership role or as an entry-level Availity client services (ACS) associate. Healthcare is a challenging business, but it can turn into a rewarding career once you catch on. Fortunately, we offer several training opportunities for new hires and allow for space/time for new associates to learn. No doubt working in client services can feel draining, and helping our providers is challenging. Still, our customer service continually receives high scores from our customers and is often referenced as some of the best in the industry. These scores indicate that our ACS associates are learning and growing as healthcare and customer service professionals. After their first year, many ACS associates have moved on to more advanced roles within Availity. Again, thank you for your review. We are glad you're part of the Availity team.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
