      Our strategy is clear now and I believe can be something truly special in the mobility space. I love how focused we have become and it is a company that truly cares about its customers and its employees.

      Most are very friendly, supportive Fast-paced: you will learn quickly and become more confident Office is in a great location

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work life balance 12-14+ hour days Calls at all hours and on weekends, holidays (ex - Christmas morning) Very high stress - had to go to the hospital after leaving due to panic attacks Disorganized - definitely still in start up phase Highly understaffed Many issues with who they allow to rent cars manual processes
