these agency is not agency but the Fakest agency in pune These agency is runned by father and daughter , who themselves think are the gurus of advertising and national creative director , PS: but they arent ! The good part of the agency is the father and daughter quarrel in every brief shared by client and with workers Requesting all guys please dont join such type of agency

OHHH!!!! coming to the point these agency has much and much of Cons 1: Bad work and bad excution 2: Same idea and excution is done on same brands and tieing up with other brand and doing non sense doesnt make your agency a big or a white collar 3: Fake commitment are done 4:They dont respect worker , respecting worker is not giving chai to them and keeping them happy and if we get late for 20 min the Boss calls and create useless hawok 5: the camera is being fitted in all rooms , the boss only has eyes on tht camera whether all are working or not , every 3 sec he sees to cam and calls any1 just to do timepass or useless conversation , camera is been put for security reason and here the camera is beein used for seeing who are working or not 6: The payment structure is very very poor as they dont give only and please guys ask them there pf slip and salary slip , people are working just because there payment have been stucked , they dont have any option to go if they go they will loose there earned money last but not least : Ask them your payment date as the owner is"" JHOLLER "" and doesnt give payment , and if hr gives he give 50% as if we are asking our own money as s payment and somany times owner has been put behind bars and COps roundups happen in agency
