Management are arrogant and nonchalant "we are open to opinions", yet when issues are clearly pointed out, nothing is ever done.
Employee surveys clearly show issues, yet nothing is ever done.
Only career opportunities are if you are in a clic, otherwise experience and qualifications mean nothing.
Discrimination of disabilities and changing contracts without permission.
Shift patterns, 2x12hr Days followed by 2x12hr nights, asked if this can be 4 on 4 off, told no, people make more mistakes then, yet zero evidence provided to confirm this, just not willing to budge and move to more friendly 3x 8hr shifts per 24 hrs.
Even when evidence is provided that it isnt healthy, nothing changes
High levels of churn as staff and customer turnover is ridiculous, when i left, another 3 handed notice in.
