      By working for Aux Systems, you are exposed to variety of jobs in the shipyard and because i'm willing to learn and take up any task, it is beneficiary to me. I like being exposed to different jobs and working climate.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between upper management and deck plate leadership, and moral is not where it should be .
