Access to negotiating celebrity deals and working directly with top-tier influencers; opportunities to attend and support client events alongside talent; Talent and Creator division feels like a close-knit community within the agency.

Pros

Made some great friends and built a support system.

Cons

I would not recommend working here. The lack of support, empathy, and overall professionalism was really disappointing. If you’re interested in PR or agency work, I strongly suggest exploring other environments where there is more structure and mentorship. This is not an ideal place to “try out” the industry. Mistakes are not treated as learning opportunities, and the culture can feel very negative at times. There’s a noticeable lack of internal support systems, including HR, which makes it difficult to address concerns or see meaningful change. Growth and development are also not clearly supported. When I asked for a review after six months, I was told no, and there wasn’t much guidance or tracking of progress unless you took full ownership of it yourself. The environment can be very high-pressure, and while that can build resilience, it often comes without the support needed to succeed. Overall, I think there are much healthier and more constructive workplaces for people looking to grow in this field.
