Pros

I’ve worked here for years and can honestly say, the honeymoon phase hasn’t worn off. The company is really collaborative as a whole and your voice is actually heard. The flex time is the best because I can set my schedule to work for me while maintaining everything needed for my role (doctors appointments are no longer a PTO day). Leadership genuinely cares about employees. I’ve seen so many instances where a loved one passed away or someone was in an accident and the first words out of leadership’s mouth is “take care of you and your family, work will be here” which is unheard of in my career up to this point.

Cons

My commute sucks, but the hybrid schedule makes up for it.

Pros

Let's face it, marketing is a tough job no matter what it is. It's fast work with firm deadlines and expectations everyone needs to meet. It's not for everyone. But the team here understands that and rise above it through collaboration and obvious experience that yields results for the business and its clientele. Working here, it's easy to see that you're working among industry experts who are passionate about what they do. They love winning and seeing each other succeed. They celebrate success of the group, not just the individual, and call out great work to give it the recognition it deserves. And opportunities for learning growth are everywhere. Mistakes made with good intent are seen as learning opportunities and the collaborative environment makes it very easy to ask questions.

Cons

Marketing is tough. Marketing at an industry scale even more so.
