Ridiculously high staff turnover for such a small company. Management will promise the undeliverable to customers in order to secure a sale and then blame the Technical team when those promises cannot be met. There is zero employee development and the company has no long term growth plan. Management constantly tell employees to "take responsibility" but then micro manage every single thing. There is a heavy blame culture and no support for employees.
