Pros
- Co workers are friendly - Not too much work pressure because there is not too much work to do. The product is complete and they are not working towards making it better. Only bug fixes or minor enhancements are being done by the tech team since more than a year.
Cons
- Not too much to learn. Don't join if you are a fresher. The salary growth is not good here and also, you'll have a hard time switching to other companies with the knowledge you "gain" here. - Too much politics at senior level. - HR department never replies to our emails and queries. - Random amount of salary credited every month. Random tax deductions every month. The finance team is highly inexperienced and salary structure is very poor. Also, most of the months, the actual salary credited is different from the one mentioned in the salary slips. - No technical growth, or vision towards improving the products. Their product is being used by Automobile dealers just because there is no other alternative. - They asked us to sign an employee agreement after 1 year of joining the organisation. And, not a single point is in favor of the employees. - Poor internet speed at office. - Work environment not like a "startup". - Poor salary compared to other startups. - Random firings for cost cutting. - Take feedback from employees in all hands meetings, but never act towards them.
