      Pros

      The company offers great benefits, is very fast paced, and there is never a dull moment. Lots of products to learn, but in a supportive environment.

      Cons

      The company has a peer review every six weeks that is highly subjective and is intended to create a "servant-leadership" culture. But, heaven forbid, if you are having a bad week and get knocked down on your "rating" because you may never get a raise.

      great work life balance, company really cares about employees.

      no fault of the company, but as the company has grow the environment has changed.

      Pros

      This company is still more family-oriented than most you will find. Highly technical employees with a lot of expertise and insight. Compensation is competitive and gets better with time.

      Cons

      Slowly growing bureaucracy / focus on profits over employee benefits. < Benefits are still great, but not as great as last year.
