      Upper Management/politics problems Increments not every year No more family holiday/vacation Sometime weekend need to works (urgent job) Turnaround staff very high since 2019 due to several reason. Doing other job that out of your jobscope

      Excellent working environment, good opportunities to travel, competitive salary, great boss, challenging problems that were interesting to work on.

      Cons

      If not on the road doing service work there was not much to do. Have to work in paper mills.
