Pros
Good salary package where you will earn mostly from your field service allowances. You will have access to expensive devices without any overly stringent policy which alleviates your learning process at the company. You will also be given the confidence for independent field service much earlier than you may expect.
Cons
You may have to learn most of the trades by yourself. May not be the best place for you, if you are expecting for off-job training. Besides, you may be over utilized once you have learned the trade. Would not recommend to family oriented people as you would away from home most of the time.
