      Pros

      -Working with the latest in automation technology -Exposure to a variety of projects and industries -I enjoyed most of the staff (NOT senior management, however)

      Cons

      -Project budgets were insufficient for the scope of work to be delivered -Vendors and contractors were not paid on time, meaning we could no longer count on them to deliver product on schedule - key suppliers put us on credit hold! How do you build a machine without materials? -Constantly delivering bad news to customers and being forced to lie about the reasons why their project was behind schedule and/or under-performing -Complete lack of disrespect from senior management -No 401k

      Pros

      You have complete control of how much of your talents and abilities you can foster and improve. Happy productive environment is set by very ambitious positive people within the organization. To me this place is a perfect for those who aims to genuinely put value on the table rather than showing up daily and sort of working.

      Cons

      The company is currently going through change in processes, procedures and people. These transitions can be challenging.

      Pros

      Always something new and exciting to work on due to the variety of different projects. Awesome location and a great facility just a mile or so from the beach. Team mates were like a family and management often brought in food truck or had company grill outs. Good place to work on advanced technologies. I had a pretty flexible schedule too.

      Cons

      Can be challenging due to project deadlines and complexity of technical solutions. If you don't like schedules or hard work - don't bother!
