Pros
A lot of opportunities to spread your wings and gain experience. Leveraging AAI's product internally is a huge plus in being able to get work done efficiently in the absence of headcount. The people at AAI are not only experienced, but they're gracious and approachable.
Cons
Work/Life balance is a struggle. In Sales facing roles, it's common to be brought into conversations in the evening and on weekends. Also, there's so much to do, anyone with pride in their work wants to get the job done, so they push themselves to put in extra hours.
