      Pros

      Some great people there and the company really strived to create a good culture.

      Cons

      Product was not ready for prime-time. Customers were often disappointed in the amount of back-end work they were required to do. There was a ton of turn over in the C- level and leadership suite and sales were left to fend for themselves.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
