      Good Base Pay and decent bonus payout

      Cons

      Mass exodus and multiple layoffs. Lots of brain drain, the company is trying to lay off people to maintain profitability. No support or education for employees beyond the first week. Typical tenure is maybe 18 months, but if you don't have renewals, it's probably closer to 9 months. No one knows how to prospect.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
