      There are bright spots with some of the people you work with

      Cons

      Company has had 2 large layoffs within 1 year with several hundred people being laid off both times without warning. Several people on my team are burnt out and are voluntarily leaving without jobs lined up with no action from management. No merit or recognition for hard work. Company is pushing for more folks to be in the office. Average employee tenure is ridiculously short.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
