There are a lot of very smart people at Automation Anywhere.
Compensation/benefits were very good.
Cons
No 401K matching. No equity at director level.
The recent "Salesforce invasion" created a lot of bad blood as waves of former Salesforce employees were brought in and given senior positions for which they have little to no experience.
Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.
Cons
The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
