Pros

A couple of nice leaders, good location.

Cons

No respect for anyone in a support role. IT and Administrative functions specifically! If you have concerns you have to operate like a “self cleaning over” as the CHRO will not address issues unless you are in a revenue generating role. It is unfortunate because lack of resolution will only hurt the team. Improve work life balance. Listen to your employees or simply stop asking if you don’t care too.

I have shared your comments with our CHRO who I know will be disappointed that this is the viewpoint anyone in a support function. I would ask that if you feel you have an unaddressed issue that you work through any one of the senior HR staff to assist you. The CTeam focus has been on getting the revenue generating areas aligned for the end of the fiscal year (January) and the budget for FY22 (Feb - Jan 2022) so it's possible their attention is devoted to those specific areas. Please reach out as we are interested in everyone feeling good about Automation Anywhere and the journey we have in front of us!

Pros

Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

Cons

The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
