      Pros

      Hardworking and nice teammates, hot technology space, work-life balance attainable (if you ignore the pressure)

      Cons

      Top-down "just do what we tell you to" management style, resource-strapped, convoluted processes in engineering and product; constant negotiating and arguing to move just a hair in the right direction—it's exhausting; potentially the least-approachable C-Suite and senior management of any place I've worked at.

We have instituted many methods of 'listening' to our employees, including weekly Town Hall meetings with open Q&A and regular Pulse surveys to gauge employees' asks.       Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
