Gartner says RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is growing at 65% yoy and it is the fastest-growing market in enterprise software. Because of this, top talent is attracted to the company and putting fuel on the fire. The company does a good job integrating new talent into its positive and growth mindset oriented culture.
Cons
Growing pains of a hyper-growth company. Work/Life balance is on par with what I've experienced at other high growth companies. If you are choosing to work for a high growth company, this is one of the best one.
