      1) People - dedicated, hardworking, will get things done, no petty politics. 2) Product - pioneering and leading product in the market 3) Market - growing 35% year on year and will reach $2.5 Billion by 2022 4) Fantastic work life balance 5) Work flexibility; company purely focuses on getting the work done

      1) Short of extra-curricular amenities in certain locations; e.g. table tennis table etc. 2) New people on-boarding

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
