      Everything goes so quickly. More people are joining each month. I can feel the company is growing quickly and dramatically. It is a pre-IPO company with a lot of hopes and promises.

      Cons

      No space... Too many new joiners... HR process is not establised.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
