      Pros

      I have flexible work hours + the company culture is intense (in a good way) and the environment is dynamic. Automation Anywhere is making a significant impact in the RPA industry + that's exciting. My colleagues are brilliant, driven, talented, dedicated and kind.

      Cons

      Our values and mission are unclear. The on boarding process (after orientation) could use more structure. Our A/V system at River Oaks is sub-par making communication at All Hands meetings extremely difficult + frustrating for presenters + attendees (live at River Oaks) + even more so for our global colleagues. Would like to have one main office in SJ.

      Thank you for the great review. We definitely could do better at all of the items you mention in your "cons" -- we're working on them. Already onboarding has greatly improved in the last 12 months, as has All Hands (just a year ago, we were only doing them 4x per year, and now the system is stable enough to do them monthly!).       Pros

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
