      They are good when required

      Cons

      - Humiliating - Bad culture and Immature manager and directors - it is expected because of immature co-founders and executives. - Use and throw mentality. Only old staff get survived because of closeness of CEO/founders. - Not concern for quality. One of the manger worked hard to setup COE - quality but then sidelined with the playing high quality politics and humiliate.

      Pros

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
