      Pros

      This is a company that I believe is pulling off a cultural transformation. Life is always easy when things "just work." But what happens when things don't go well? In most companies I've seen people ignore problems, but not here. I've seen continual progress and success in trying to improve things for both our customers and our employees.

      Cons

      A company that has been a "startup" for a long time will have a lot of history that can't be shaken off over night. Sometimes that history is correct and helps the company survive, but sometimes short term habits need to be changed for long term improvement and sustainability. We're getting better, but a company doesn't change culture over night.

      Thanks for the feedback and perceptive comments. We established a set of core values years ago, and these are still true today for our culture today. We believe in and we live our core values, one of which is “Customer First.” This goes for external customers, as well as internal ones (our people) and we work hard to drive continuous improvement in serving our internal and external customers.

      Pros

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
