The management team was very supportive, especially for someone beginning their career in marketing and tech.

It was a small company, so not a lot of opportunity for promotion. However, it was acquired by another company that opened up for more opportunities.

Great work culture. It's the best company I've ever worked for. People like Kathy are courteous, gracious, and very responsive. You don't have to interact with anyone else except her or whoever handles mass email communications. The company automatically assigns you work based on your availability and pay is good to really good.

You get seniority for incoming work files based on the lowest pay. So if you're a hard worker and excellent and ask for a raise, you'll get the files last. Work has also slowed to a crawl for the past 2024 year.
