Pros
Family owned and operated. Grew people. They have been in business for three generations. Air conditioned spaces in the office area as well as the production floor.
Cons
In my department it was impossible to get a promotion from within. They would let you take on the responsibilities of the next higher position but would hire from outside to fill the spot.
