Great team of people to work with, lots of variety, plenty of growth in the company, and awesome benefits! I have been at the company for many years and been through different positions and it has been a great ride! Plenty of opportunity and cool culture to be apart of here in St. Louis. I have made friends and learned a lot in this industry of work that has helped my career. The company also gives back to the community and those in need of help - which is really cool!!

Summer can be a little busy with construction work on k-12 buildings. It takes a little bit of time to get comfortable in the technical position, but there is training and guidance along the way. Once you get the skills it is very rewarding!

This team is comprised of extremely intelligent, hard working individuals. If you ever have questions about ANYTHING, anyone on the team is happy to stop and assist you! The management team invests in everyone's training and makes it a priority to invest in their people. They care about your health, happiness inside/outside of work, and your continued training and growth! I feel appreciated and acknowledged when I am at work, which is very hard to find. I would recommend this company to anyone who enjoys working hard, wants to continue to learn and grow, and who enjoys working with a fun, collaborative team!

I have not found any cons since I began with the company. If there is ever an issue, I feel comfortable addressing with my manager, and even the President!
