Pros
Easy to get the job since they are lack of employee. Very stable working environment. Teammates and team head understand the nature of the contract so they will not push you too hard. Salary pays on time.
Cons
2 years of contract, 10 days AL, only 7 days can calculate back to salary, it will ONLY sum up when your 2 years contract ends. As a subcontractor, pretty sure they take a lot from your original salary. Medical claim is poor. Chinese medical fee is not claimable.
