Very high turnover rate Such a high turnover rate is surprising in such a livable place. This explains and confirms many things。 3. Very ’‘good’‘ company culture I don't know what the core values of this company are, I don't know what the core values of this company are, maybe diligence and frugality. Because I don't see overtime pay and Covid leave also I can not find paper tower at café room. And some other details I won't repeat here that have already been mentioned in other comments.
