      Pros

      Great learning opportunity. Not a great training program; however, some coworkers are happy to help you if they have free time, but that is rare. Competitive pay... after you go hourly.

      Cons

      The first year or so you work on the road about 50% of the time. Also, due to the fact that they start their engineers off as salary, you only get paid a maximum of 8 hours, and you will often end up working 15+ hours a day to get the project done on time.

      Pros

      Great pay even at entry leve. I was making $16/hour with like $45 a day per diem. So roughly $1,100 a week after taxes. Always stayed in in nice hotels, never any motels. Always had my own room - never had to share a room Get to travel the country and build up hotel point and flight points

      Cons

      7 days a week - 10 hour days (which is also a pro if you're looking to make good money)
