It was a good place to get some real world experience, it's a small team but everyone is really knowledgeable so there was plenty of support.

There was limited on-boarding, also after you get used to the work, you basically do similar work of the engineers with less than half their pay. But it is an internship, it's to be expected.

Good peers and good employees

Hostile work environment. Unrealistic HR guidelines. Owner has terrible communication skills. High turn over rate.
