Pros

Only 7 and a half hour work days, but you only get paid for the 7 hours you work anyways. They also let you take time off when needed but don't pay you for it which is fair. Salaried people suffer because they're made to take 1/2 day PTO which I think is illegal yet don't pay them for all their extra hours they put in.

Cons

Research Automated Benefit Services and you see it's same company as US Health and Life that runs in same office and USHL is ran by the Detroit mafia called The Partnership. That mafia link reveals their rough operations. The company has a lot of office politics and backstabbing and managers seem to try to sabotage other departments. The executives tend to ignore what's going on and don't be surprised if you bring up problems that they just tell your manager and you end up punished from that manager and the executives, so that makes life really stressful. Most people learn to shut up and not care, just do your work and go home. For salaried, extra hours is often required especially from home work and advancement almost never happens. Pay raises are never yearly and can take years to happen, like everyone just came off a 5 year pay freeze. Almost no one gets bonuses except managers and supervisors and even then it often like $50 to $300 despite years of no pay raises and tons of extra hours. Internal advancement is nearly unheard of, probably because of the office politics. Also, probably 30% of the people working there are related to the executives in one way or another so you have to be careful what you say, they bring in friends, relatives, girlfriends, and so on, so people do abuse their connections and work load. They also make salaried people take half day PTO so you lose 1/2 of your accrued vacation and I think that's illegal to do to salaried, and they even if salaried people work 10 extra days in a year if you miss an extra day they don't pay you for it.
