The best reasons to work at/for AutomatIt, Inc. is simply their owners. Dee Jay Skinner and Chris Baird of two of the best guys that you'd want to work for ever. They're kind, compassionate, and giving their best every day at work.
Cons
Unfortunately, the Cons outweigh the Pros for AutomatIt, Inc. On one hand, they're driven and trying to do "the right thing", but they're being led down the wrong path by certain individuals. The lack of clarity in their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and baseline offers keeps them in the constant mode of "guessing". Oddly enough, their credo is "Don't Guess Know", but they do more guessing than actually knowing anything. Due to the lack of clarity with their offers and products, it creates an environment of uncertainty for the people employed there because there's no real foundation or brand that individuals can identify with. Their SEO sector is entirely flawed and upper-management even mentioned, "We don't know if SEO even works." This type of behavior generates high levels of stress because those employed there don't know what expectations to live up to.
