Pros
Very ambitious company that has a vision of "Saving more lives". The company's products are saving 30,000 lives each year. This vision is underlying everyday work at Autoilv, which is highly motivating. The company is also doing good profit.
Cons
The fact that the company is distributed over, more or less, the whole world makes collaboration between different teams challenging. Office spaces and meeting rooms are rather dull.
