      1. High turnover creates extreme burden on those willing to stay. 2. Company is trying to diversify the workforce which leaves no upward potential for white males.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
